Happy New Years! :) I baked a lot during the holidays for parties, gatherings, gifts & celebrations. I didn’t get to make everything I had on my list, but I practically was baking every single day! It was really fun when my friends were over for a party, and helped me to assemble the croquembouche. Working with caramel is quite dangerous, and I burnt my finger! I guess I should’ve gotten a cone instead of building the croqumebouche free-hand (I had too much confidence in myself, hah). I received tremendous praise for everything I made and that honestly is priceless. I’m really excited for what 2013 has in stores for me (and you) and I can’t wait to share another year of my food adventures with you guys! Thanks for everything & all the best for 2013!
